Returns and Exchanges

Return & Exchange Policy 

Returns or exchanges will only be accepted on items that are the wrong color/size/SKU than what was ordered. Items must be new, unused, and remain in the same condition as when it was received.  

Customers will be able to return merchandise purchased from this website for up to thirty (30) days after the date of product arrival. If it has been over thirty (30) days from the date of arrival, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange for your merchandise. 

Only regular priced items may be eligible for exchange or refund. Unfortunately, sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded. 

 

To Make A Return  

  1. Send email to parkstore@calparks.org with original receipt for item and reason for return. Note, customer will be responsible for paying for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
  1. Please send your product(s) to:

San Francisco, CA 94105 

  1. Once merchandise return is received and inspected, California State Parks Foundation will send an email notification that we have received the returned merchandise and whether a refund has been approved or denied.  
  1. If approved, then the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card or original method of payment, within sixty (60) days. If there are any issue with the return of payment, please contact us at parkstore@calparks.org. To Make An Exchange
